The scale compares the named dimensions. View direction and measurement points are given for each animal.
The white-faced saki inhabits northern South American forests. Adult males have black fur and a pale facial surround; females are brownish-grey. Small groups travel together, and a bushy tail balances leaps but is not prehensile.
Powerful jaws open fruit to reach seeds, which are more important than pulp. When fruit is scarce, young leaves also provide food. Insects are eaten too. Young males gradually acquire the contrasting adult colours.
Długość głowy i tułowia: od końca pyska do nasady ogona, bez kończyn i ogona. Przykład 33.02 cm; HB 12–14 cali; przeliczenie 1 cal = 2,54 cm.
