The Polish Greenleg Partridge is a native Polish chicken with olive-green shanks. Hens have finely patterned grey-brown plumage and are easy to distinguish from the much more colourful cocks.

The breed makes good use of free-range areas and actively forages. Its two conservation lines, Z-11 and Zk, are kept in Chorzelów and Felin, respectively. Poland’s National Research Institute of Animal Production gives an average hen mass of about 1.7 kg.
