Red Top Ndumbi is a formally undescribed cichlid of Tanzania’s Lake Malawi shore, labelled Pseudotropheus sp. Red Top Ndumbi. Males have pale blue bodies with orange or red-orange foreheads and dorsals. Females are subdued grey-brown.

It inhabits rocks around Ndumbi and Pombo Rocks, feeding on algal growth. Males prepare spawning sites beneath stones; females collect and mouthbrood eggs.
