Clark's anemonefish occurs widely across the Indo-Pacific. Pale bands contrast with a dark, yellowish or orange body; colours vary between populations and growth stages.
In lagoons and on reef slopes it uses many anemone species, unlike more specialised anemonefish. It eats animal and plant foods. The largest group member is female. Males protect substrate-attached eggs and fan them with their fins.
Długość standardowa (SL): od końca pyska do nasady płetwy ogonowej. Przykład, nie średnia populacji. Widok przedni ma przybliżone proporcje.
